The UltraStar™ Series 1000 windows feature North Star’s advanced Co-Extruded Reinforcement technology, delivering a new standard in strength, stability, and energy efficiency. This system integrates a high-strength 55% fiberglass reinforcement directly into the vinyl profile during extrusion, eliminating the need for traditional metal reinforcement while improving rigidity and thermal performance. It helps prevent warping, shrinking, and distortion even in extreme temperatures up to 82°C (180°F). As the first of its kind in North America, UltraStar™ combines lightweight construction with exceptional durability and long-term performance.
